Lost or Stolen E-Signature: What Should I Do?

An e-signature has the same legal effect as your handwritten signature, so act quickly if your USB token is lost or stolen.
1. Revoke the certificate immediately
Ask for your certificate to be revoked. A revoked certificate can no longer sign. For e-signatures bought from us, use the Revocation & Loss form in your account, or call us or write on WhatsApp.
2. Is your PIN safe?
Signing requires both the token and the PIN. If you kept the PIN with the token, revoke without waiting.
3. Get a new e-signature
A revoked certificate cannot be reactivated; you need a new application. Apply here.
