How to Get an E-Signature: Step-by-Step Application Guide

To get an electronic signature, you need to apply to an Electronic Certificate Service Provider (ESHS) authorized by BTK. As the authorized reseller of BTK-approved ESHS E-Tuğra, eimzahemen speeds up this process for you.

1. Fill In the Online Application Form

Fill in the form on our application page with your identity details, contact details and the period you want (1, 2 or 3 years).

2. Upload the Required Documents

Individual applications: an image of your ID card is enough. Your ID document is stored encrypted in line with KVKK (Turkish data protection law) and can only be viewed by our authorized staff.

Corporate applications: an ID image of the company representative, a Chamber of Commerce Activity Certificate issued within the last 6 months, the Signature Circular and a signed NES Agreement are required.

3. E-Devlet Approval

Under BTK and E-Devlet regulations, your application is officially approved through E-Devlet. After approval, your certificate is ready in about 3 hours on average.

4. Delivery

Orders within Istanbul are delivered by motorcycle courier within 2 hours; other provinces receive theirs by cargo.

5. Installation

Once you receive your device, follow the installation guide on our support page and it will be ready to use in a few minutes.
