How it works

Fill in the e-signature application form and choose "Motorcycle courier" with your district. It takes a few minutes.
- 2Approve on e-Government
Give the identity approval on e-Government. Under BTK rules, day or night, the 180-minute (3-hour) period starts at this moment.
- 3Receive it at your door
The courier brings the USB token to your address. Even if it arrives earlier, the certificate is loaded once the 180 minutes have passed, as required by law. Remote installation support is available if you need it.

⛴️ Adalar (Princes' Islands): there is no motorcycle courier to the islands; e-signatures are sent by cargo. Choose "Cargo" on the application form.
Outside Istanbul?
We ship to all 81 provinces by cargo. Choose "Cargo" on the application form. KEP address, SSL and timestamp need no delivery at all: they are set up online.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get an e-signature in Istanbul on the same day?
Yes. For first-time e-signature applications we deliver by motorcycle courier within Istanbul on the same day. Districts marked 24/7 have no time limit; in other districts orders placed until 21:00 are delivered the same day and later ones the next day.
Do you deliver at night?
Yes, in districts marked 24/7 we deliver at night too. For urgent deliveries between 21:00 and 09:00 a night fee is added to the courier fee; the amount is shown on the application form. If it is not urgent, your order is delivered in the morning.
When do the 180 minutes start?
Under BTK regulations, day or night, there is a 180-minute (3-hour) wait from the moment you give your identity approval on e-Devlet. Even if the token has been delivered earlier, the certificate is loaded only after this period, as required by law. Approving on e-Devlet right after applying speeds things up.
Is courier delivery available for renewals?
Motorcycle courier is only for first-time e-signature applications. For renewals the certificate can usually be loaded onto your existing token, so delivery is often not needed.
How much is the courier fee?
The fee depends on the district and is shown in the list above; it is added to the e-signature price at checkout. For a district not on the list, write to us on WhatsApp.
Is there courier delivery to Adalar (Princes' Islands)?
No. There is no motorcycle courier to Adalar; the e-signature is sent by cargo. Choose "Cargo" on the application form.
Can someone else receive it?
Yes. Tick "Someone else will receive the delivery" on the application form and enter that person's name and phone (neighbour, family member, colleague…); the courier will contact them.
