What Is KEP?
Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) is an electronic mail system in which the sending time, delivery time and the fact that the content has not been altered are all legally proven and admissible as evidence in court. Under Law No. 6102 on the Turkish Commercial Code, it is mandatory for certain transactions such as termination notices, formal warnings and default notices.

What is a KEP address?
KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) is an e-mail system that records who sent a message to whom, when it was sent and when it was delivered, with the force of legal evidence. It lets you prove electronic communication just like a notarized notice or a registered letter with return receipt.
Who is required to have a KEP address?
Companies covered by the Turkish Commercial Code (joint-stock, limited, etc.) and organizations subject to electronic notification must obtain a KEP address. Individuals and self-employed professionals can also use a KEP address for official correspondence and notifications.
What are KEP credits, and what happens when they run out?
Every KEP message uses credits. When the credits included in your package run out, you can buy additional credits from the "KEP Credits" page in your customer panel or from the credit top-up page; they are loaded to your KEP address once the payment is confirmed.
How do I apply for a KEP address?
You apply online on our website and complete identity verification. For companies, details of the authorized person and company information are required. Once your account is activated, your login details are sent to you.
What happens when my KEP address expires?
We remind you before it expires. You can place a renewal order for the same address with the "Renew" button in your panel; we recommend renewing on time to keep your address and your correspondence history.
