2. SUBJECT

This agreement sets out the commission/earning terms the BUSINESS PARTNER receives for referring the E-Signature, KEP, Timestamp and SSL certificate services offered on https://www.eimzahemen.com to their own clients and/or selling them as a reseller.

3. WORKING MODELS

a) Referral Model: A personal referral link/code is defined for the BUSINESS PARTNER. For sales to clients who apply directly to the COMPANY through this link, a fixed commission set by the COMPANY per product/term is credited to the BUSINESS PARTNER's earnings balance.

b) Reseller Model: The BUSINESS PARTNER may buy products at the reseller price defined by the COMPANY and sell them to their own client at any price. The price relationship with the client concerns the BUSINESS PARTNER only.

4. COMMISSION PAYMENT TERMS

Commission amounts may differ by payment method (because of the bank/transaction cost difference between bank transfer and credit card collections). The commission balance is not paid in cash; once the accumulated balance reaches the COMPANY's current sales price of a product, the BUSINESS PARTNER may use it to obtain that product/service free of charge.

5. DELIVERY OF HARDWARE (SMART CARD/READER)

The COMPANY may supply the BUSINESS PARTNER with a certain number of smart cards and/or USB readers as stock. The cost of this hardware is recorded as a debt on the BUSINESS PARTNER's account and reduced by the relevant amount with each sale.

6. CERTIFICATE APPROVAL AUTHORITY

Final approval and activation of certificates are carried out exclusively by the COMPANY and/or the authorized Electronic Certificate Service Provider. The BUSINESS PARTNER has no approval/activation authority in this process.

7. TERM AND TERMINATION

This agreement is indefinite and may be terminated by either party with written notice. On termination, the BUSINESS PARTNER's unused earnings balance is settled by mutual agreement of the parties.
